Code Upgrade Tool Stuck at Build Services step

Hi everyone,
I use Liferay Code Upgrade Tool to upgrade my 6.2 plugins sdk portlet to Liferay Plugins SDK 7.
I imported the project, used auto-correction and updated descriptor files. However when I try to build service, I get "Build Failed" error.
Although "Find Breaking Changes" option does not show anything, I have still some errors in my portlet like in the image:

I think that these errors will be gone if I can build service.
What should I do, or what is wrong with what I am doing?

Hey oguzhan , can you share your detail steps and we can try to reproduce , also , it would be better if you can share a sample project archieve file.
