Liferay DXP - create a new theme

Hello everybody. I am encountering a problem with Liferay DXP (Liferay 7). When I create the theme, this one is empty and I dont know In which folder will my themes be found ? (osgi ->war ? if yes, its not available). In liferay 6.x its in tomcat7\webapps\ROOT\html but in DXP its a probleme for me.
I use Eclipse with Maven.

NB: my theme's name is "totoTheme"
