I'm getting that error with some of the contents from some days ago, I mean, it happens for certain contents in a certain portlet. In the liferay log it shows:
com.liferay.portal.kernel.exception.SystemException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/liferay/data/document_library/12345/98765/1.0 (No such file or directory)
Each time I try, the final number (98765 in the example) increases, and the directory really didn't exists. It's like it's trying to create a new folder for the content but fails, or tries to open it before the creation. There's available space in disk, in fact I'm able to create any new content.
The problem comes with contents with a header image, previously existing or set in the edit.
