How can I customize the control panel theme in Liferay 7?

How to customize the theme for control panel.

I have one doubt we can customize (change height,width of ) control panel theme or not ???

Yes, you can customize it. Themes will allow you to customize the look of almost anything you want.

How to move(Down) the icons like +,Simulation Etc... in liferay 7 .....
Any idea how can i do so.Can you tell me some steps.
I would be very much thankful.
