Database differences between CE and EE

I am attempting to troubleshoot an issue for our customer. It looks to be database related so I have restored a copy of their database to my local instance. Liferay installation fails with
"Attempting to deploy an older Liferay Portal version. Current build version is 6130 an attempting to deploy version 6102"
I am using 6.1.2 CE and the customer is using 6.1.3 EE. I suppose I could just change the version number in the database to get by this. But ... Are there significant differences between the Community and Enterprise editions of Liferay that might make this ultimately not possible? or a bad idea if I am trying to investigate a database issue?

No, this is effectively trying to downgrade and will not be possible.
If customer is using 6.1.3 EE then you must also.
