Is it possible to migrate the permission algorithm from the command line

Before I can upgrade to Liferay 7 I have to upgrade the permission algorithm.

As this requires starting the portal and that in turn is a bit complicated if you don't want to do the migration on the production installation, I wonder if it's possible to run the upgrade for the permission algorithm from the command line, the same way the database upgrade itself can be done.

Why not upgrade the perm algorithm in your current environment?
