In layoutset table I deleted one record manually and inserted it again. From then I am getting following error.
Never, ever ever go into the database, modify or delete records, etc. The only thing you do when this happens is introduce instability and data failures into your environment.
At this point you should restore your database from the backup and only use the Liferay API for data manipulation.
