Message Board Portlet Time Zone

I have a Message Board Portlet on my site. It is displaying time in UTC instead of the user's local time zone. Is there a configuration to fix this.

Hey Sheeba,

I believe the time zone is configured for the Site under configuration -> Instance Settings -> Miscellaneous.
