Issue with Eclipse Neon.2rc2 + Liferay IDE 3.1.0 M1 (Windows 64 bit)

Hello,
Just trying to install Eclipse Neon.2rc2 + Liferay IDE 3.1.0 M1 (Windows 64 bit). I get the following error -

Windows cannot open the folder.

The Copresses (zipped) Folder
'~\Downloads\liferay-ide-eclipse-windows-x64-3.1.0-m1-201612060357.zip' is invalid.

Is anybody having an issue like this with this version of Liferay IDE?
Is there an issue with how its uploaded and made available for download?

Thanks.

Can you try to download it again?

If that fails, can you try again using this installation method:

1. Install latest Eclipse Neon.2 Java for EE developers
2. Select "Help > Install new Software.." and paste in this URL: https://releases.liferay.com/tools/ide/latest/milestone/
3. select features and install

Hi Gregory,
Thank you for helping me with this issue. I did download it again but still had the same issue with not being able to uncompress it as it complains that the zip file is invalide.

However, I followed the second approah you mentioned and was able to get the Liferay IDE is installed.
The Liferay 7 CE is downloaded, up and running.

I am trying to develop a JSF based project but had difficulties with this new LIferay IDE 3.1.0 M1 as the Wizard menu changed.
As you know, this is how we developed JSF based project in the prior version ie, Lieray 6.2-

File ->
	New Plugin Project ->
		Select portlet framework
				. Liferay MVC .JSF 2.x	.Vaadin

JSF Component Suite
	.JSF standard
	.ICEfaces
	.Liferay Faces Alloy
	.Primcefaces
	.RichFaces

But I could not get the Liferay 7 + Liferay IDE 3.1.0 M1 show any wizard guiding me choose a Portlet Framework such as JSF 2.0 and JSF Component Suite as Primefaces!

Is there more setting/configuration I need to do to get the options for creating JSF project?
I would appreciate if you could provide me some guidance and links to read on.

Thank you for your help.
