Metro WebService Implementation with Liferay 6.0.2

wish to implement Metro Webservices with Liferay 6.0.2

I already have a running Metro Web Serivce and that works fine with my Java Client
But when i try to implement the same with Liferay using Liferay Ext and deploying it with ANT on tomcat bundle for Liferay 6.0.2, It throws an exception.

Please Help me with the Metro webservice Configuration with Liferay 6.0.2.
