Play video in carousel ?

Is it possible to play a video automatically in a carousel and not rotate to next video / image until the video has stopped ?

Also, is it possible to play a background music file while the carousel is spinning ?

I was able to do this using a combination of JS tools, so it is possible and this provides more flexibility than some of the carousel products in the store.
