How to migrate liferay 6.2 to liferay 7 sdk?

hii dear developers,
I want to migrate liferay 6.2 project into liferay 7 but i am not aware so much changes what liferay have so can anyone guide me how migrate,
i have tried many things but some point of time i confused that how to do.
I am using community edition .

There are some documents about what have been changed from Liferay 6.2 to Liferay 7.0:
1. From liferay 6.2 to Liferay 7.0
2. Breaking changes
And Liferay IDE team will release a new version soon. There is a tool named Liferay Upgrade Tool will help u to upgrade your project.

We released new Milestone version of Liferay IDE 3.1 already. It comes with better support for upgrading. You can refer the following blog post for more details. Once you have it installed you can do this:

Project > Liferay Code Upgrade Tool...
