LR 7.0-GA3 "Publish Save as Draft"-Button Problem

Hi Community,
I'm currently testing LR 7.0-GA3 and have come across a nasty problem when it comes to editing pages, e.g. web content.
Whenever a editing dialog pops up that is scorllable the "Publish Save as Draft" buttons don't stick to the botton of the scrollable area.
Instead they are fixed. This leads to a hiding of specific content because of the buttons posisiton.
Please see my screenshot attached.
This behaviour is seen permanently on Chrome 54.0.2840.87.
Cheers!

Yeah, I find this awkward on desktop width too. I have to save as draft first and then the whole bar is at another location on the screen which is easier to work around.

I'm no expert in CSS or Liferay, but I think that the position of the div should be relative instead of absolute here.
Should I make a pull request?

If that fixes it: Sure, go ahead.
You might want to file an issue on issues.liferay.com and use that as commit comment. AFAIK pull requests will have to go against master and backported later.
You might want to use one of the previous committers of that file as recipient of the pull request
