Liferay Push only works for admins

I have downloaded push notification portlet and configured.It works fine and push notification message is sending only if i logged in as a admin in mobile.
When i logged in as a user ,no device is found.

to get Push Notification Portlet working for all users you need to enable related permissions.
As reported here you have to assign the following permissions to all users:

• Manage Device
• Send Push Notification
