Using actual commas in form radio buttons

I'm creating a form with radio buttons. I know that the options are comma-delimited. How do you escape a comma if one of the options needs to have an actual comma? For example (this is made up):
What is your focus?
o Teaching English
o Teaching Arabic (includes Egyptian, Morrocan, Modern Standard)
I have the form options as:
Teaching English,Teaching Arabic (includes Egyptian, Morrocan, Modern Standard)
but of course that yields:
o Teaching English,
o Teaching Arabic (includes Egyptian
o Morrocan
o Modern Standard)
I've tried \, and searching the Internet. No success. Thanks for the help.
