Embedding a Video in the WiKi

I need to Embed an flv video in the WiKi. What would be the best way to go about doing this?

Sadi,

You should see a toolbar button to insert flash while editing a wiki page in HTML mode.

Thanks. I ended up embedding a <IFRAME> and using flow player.
