it looks like that the official link for Liferay IDE's download (http://releases.liferay.com/tools/ide/latest/stable/) is redirecting to 3.0.0 version instead of 3.0.1 (GA2) which should be https://sourceforge.net/projects/lportal/files/Liferay%20IDE/3.0.1%20GA2/.
