Unable to create page in LIferay6.2

Hi All,

I am using Liferay6.2 . After connecting to the my existing database I unable to create page.

Issues:-
1. Controlpanel>portalsetting>displaysettings

Default language drop-down field is empty.
2. while creation of page
Your request failed to complete.
Please enter valid name
