Remove Verify email address

Hi Team,

I want to remove the verify email address form while registering the new user..
how i can remove these which configuration i have to change...

I have attached the screen shot plz hep in these scnerion...

• Go To ControlPanel/Configuration/Portal Settings/Authentication
• remove the checkbox at "require strangers to verify their email addresses"
• prepare for a lot of incoming spam of unknown origin, and for people who mistyped their email address, can't login any more and can't send password reminder queries to nonexistent email addresses.
