Import and Syncing liferay calendar with outlook & google calendars

Hi all,
I have created a Test Calendar in calendar portlet and I want to Import the Test calendar into Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.
And I want Google calendar and Outlook Calendar Syncing up with the Liferay Test Calendar.

How would I go about this?

It is working for Google calendar but we need MS Outlook calendar. Is there any way to do with MS Outlook calendar also?

It's the second link (Exchange). Do you need for Exchange server or just import into Outlook?

Hi,

I'm using liferay 6.1.2 Ga3 ,I have some calendar delivery dates and holiday dates.
I exported those calendar.ics file and imported to my PC ,when i import that file i missed some holiday dates in my PC.

why i can't get holiday dates?

1) Time different
2) Misalignment
3) Calendar UID value duplicate

Reasons are those 3?

How to get back my holiday dates to my PC's Calendar ?
