ldap authentication with multiple ldap servers

i want to authenticate liferay with multiple ldap servers. from the front end console, it is possible to authenticate with only one ldap server. But i need to authenticate with multiple ldap servers.

How to achieve liferay authenticating with multiple ldap servers. Kindly let me know... It is very urgent.

Any solution will be appreciated.

I am also looking to get auth from multiple ldaps. Wish Liferay team includes this feature in next version i.e. 6.0.

it is possible to connect mulltiple LDAP, at this time Liferay provides only one LDAP intregation but you can extend the functionality by using ext environment.

Hi Nidhi.... Isnt there a simple way than ext ? Actually i am a bit allergic to java

I wish there was some way of specifying multiple ldaps in web interface. If there is please let me know.

Could you give any more detail to this please? Is there any documentation about this?

I am looking to get it to authenticate between 2 different servers one for staff and one for public.

Any help would be great thanks.

This has been added in Liferay 6.0. You should see the option in the control panel.
