CKEditor/FCKEditor licensing question

This whole licensing thing is very confusing. Do I need to be concerned about purchasing a license for FCKEditor/CKEditor if I intend to use it in my Liferay installation or do I have nothing to worry about? I don't plan on modifying the rich text editor at all.
