Modify sections of the user administration depending of the organization

Hi,

is there a way to modify portal-ext.properties to show different sections when administering users depending of their organization?

I have created different types of organizations:

customers, departments, etc.

If a user is part of a organization of type 'department' I would like that they would fill different data than other types of users.

Is there a way to do it without checking the type of organization in the jsp file?
