How to develope the Inter portlet communication in plugins of liferay

Hi All,

I am trying to establish communication between two plugins portlet using inter portlet communication.For that I am using the tag
[b]<liferay-portlet:actionUrl>. But when I try to add portletName attribute to that tag it throws the portlet is temporarly unavilable.please help me what to do.
