Expanding CMS Workflow

Hi all,

Is there away to expand WCM workflow from Content Writer and Content Publisher to get the following sequence of approval

Writer-> approver -> publisher?

writer,who creates content
approver, who is the first approver for content
Publisher,who is the second approval for content


I am using liferay 5.2.3.

Writer-> approver -> publisher?

This functionality is not provided, you need to do development(extending journal portlet) to achieve this functionality.
