SDK Problem: eclipse | Liferay SDK Plugin

Hello all,
thanks for your support in advance. I have an issue in eclipse:
Environment:
Problem:
I tried to apply a Liferay SDK Options onto a theme, but can't use any of the SDK Options. When I disconnect the theme from the SVN, I can use Liferay SDK Options again [build, deploy etc.]
Picture:

And get this in return - but only for one theme. The rest is working so far. I tried a lot (re-install, go back to older versions and so on, but nothing worked out).
MSG:
Error running SDK command all
java.lang.NullPointerException
There is nothing explicit in the logs.

Does anyone experienced the same problem or has a clue?

Hello everyone,
ok, I figuered out that the Liferay SDK Plugin selcet in Properties (Liferay Perspective) is installed but selectable. The Field stays empty. Thats why I can use the Liferay SDK Plugin with my template.

Hi Jan,
you need to select your project and right click -> properties then select the Liferay run time.

Hi, I have the same trouble, but I don't have any clue of the reason, it was working well but then my glassfish 3.1 crashed, though it was still working, and today my liferay plugin stopped working, I can't create portlets or execute any command like deploy for my portlets, but I can still deploy my liferay theme. Last thing I did was creating an entity and its table in the database, and updating some records in the DB . I checked the runtime liferay SDK but it's the same as before it stopped working.
I am using glassfish 3.1.2.2
Last version of Eclipse Kepler
JDK 7
Liferay 1.6.2

It was my runtime environment, I couldn't fix it in a short way, so I deleted my liferay plugin, servers and runtime environments. Then, I import again my projects with the new created servers and SDK.
