Getting slow peformance with liferayplugin + liferay-tomcat+ eclipse-juno

I am having intel i5 , 4GB RAM hardware
OS : Windows 7

trying to run the Liferay-6.2 community edition using eclipse juno with liferay-tomcat 7
But the deployment and development, page refresh are very slow.
please provide better approach for configuration . So that I'd explore more about the project development using LifeRay

Hi Mishara

Make sure you have 1 GB of free ram before running the liferay server. Better run the lifeary server from the command line so that I eclipse is free with resources and we can wright coding .
