error while starting server

Delete entire server setting from eclipse..while deleting select the checkbox..Make sure that server folder is deleted from your workspace too.

Then create new server setting

try this one go to Preferences > Ant > Runtime > Global Entries where it is pointing to this file if it is pointing to this file then delete it !! and Ant build !!
