Webcontent is temporarily unavailable

Hi all,
Im working on advanced content structures and templates. My problem is, After adding a new template(control panel-> web content->template-> add template), and clicking the "save and coninue" button,a message reads "Webcontent is temporarily unavailable"..
Why is this error occurring? Wat should be done??
please help...

Can you try placing web content portlet on a page and selecting configure.

Check the console to see if you have any error in your vm script.
