Permissions for public and private personal pages

Hi,

how can i can disable, inside public and private personal pages of each user, the possiblity to move portlet, add page, change permission ... etc ?
i'd like to block the layout with specific portlets, and i don't want that the users can modify their pages..

We have resolved this by creating a custom theme without those options.

Roles -> User/Power User -> Define permissions. Right now don't know the specific permissions though..

You can do so if know the exact permissions to change. Alternatively you can simply remove the "power user" role from your users.
If you decide to go with the second option make sure to also change the default associations in
Control Panel > Portal > Portal Settings > Users > Default User Associations

you know also if is there any way to set permission for funcionality inside control panel? i don't wont allow changing theme, css, and all look and feel options...
