Hi,
I am using Liferay 6.1 GA1.
I have created a four level workflow using Kaleo Designer, and applied it to the Document and Media portlet. Once a document is uploaded its in pending state and is sent to the Level 1 for approval.
When the first level approver logs-in, under his My Workflow Tasks in Control Panel, he can see the task assidned to him. Here the due date is set to "Never" (by default).
If the user updates the Due Date from Action button and approves it, the document is sent to the next level for approval. At this level too the Due Date is set to "Never" even though it has been updated at the previous level.
This scenario continues at each consecutive levels.
My question is that, is this the correct behaviour of workflow?
