Internal Server Error

Dear buddies,
Some users raised an issue that when they download some files, the received the above stated error and they feel its due to the format of the file being incompatible or so.

I am not sure of further details and have sent emails requesting for more information.

Any idea on what could be the issue?

I haven't seen this error before.
Where is the internal error showing? Does it display in the web browser during file download or in the server console?
