The titles of portlets are not showing

Hello everyone!
My portlets are not displaying the title when I do the logout, while I'm editing everything is ok, but when I do logout or access the site from another machine the titles of portlets do not appear, I'm using css to make some minor customizations, so I figured I could be it, but I did a test with a portlet without any css code and he is not taking the title appears, someone has idea what could be causing

It seems your portlet-titles disappear together with all other admin-stuff. Did you also change a .vm-template in your custom styling? What kind of css-modifications did you do?
