4 ? Porting Template A Layout from an existing webapp project to Liferay

Good Morning Guys!

I'm studying Liferay and I've got four problems that I don't know how to solve.

First step:

I'm trying to reproduce template and layout of a web site that has been created through jsp pages, javascript and jquery css.
I was looking for finding a way to share the existing project that realizes the front-end of my web-app into a liferay site.

Second step:
I also need to hide or unhide depending on roles and user the different links of my menu and tabs.

Third step:
How do I import without using ldap users and roles from an existing database (postgresql) to Liferay

Last step:
Realize a portlet that allows you to see dashboard charts. I was looking for a way to create dashboard from a star-schema with drag&drop or something like a swf file that produces the dashboard and I could call it into a portlet.
Actually I'm able to do a call for a saiku query that produces crosstab with a query MDX that I created before . I was looking for something like that and that call a dashboard related to the star-schema.
