In order to deploy any type of JSF portlet within Liferay Portal, you will need to use
Liferay Faces Bridge, which is a sub-project of
Liferay Faces.
You can then compliment your JSF portlet with any of the following component suites:
As of the time of this writing, Liferay Faces Alloy contains only a handful of component tags (basically the ones that map to the aui: JSP tags that ship with the portal). In the future Liferay Faces Alloy will contain additional JSF component tags that wrap the
Alloy UI JavaScript widgets.
