Plugin Upload not possible in Paton / Build 6101 / June 1, 2012

Hi,
Im running a abuild from the 6.1.x branch settet up a new database with an admin account but the install more plugins button is not visible ..
If i enter the url to the plugin installer manually it says i dont have the required roles to install plugins ...

How can i reenable plugins upload via webform ?
Any hint is appreciated

Sorry, but the svn or github source build are just developer's source repository and change every day. It sometimes doesn't even build.
Liferay.com don't accept bug reports on these sources.

Wait a few days and check if the problem is resolved or use the GA1.
