Framing URL for a folder in Document Library

Hi,
I am trying to link a folder in document library from Custom Portlet. When this custom portlet is included in different site the link should point the folder of document library in the corresponding site.
But i am struck in framing the url for the folder dynamically. Can anyone help me out in framing the URL.
