Migrate portles from EXT environment to EXT plugin

Hi All,

I have to migrate some portlets from EXT env ( developed using 5.2.2 ) to ext plugin (6.1).

I know there is a utility available for that but unfortunately I do NOT have source code.

Is there any way I can do that without source code?

Please help me.

No. Liferay source code of these two versions are different so you'll need the source code and rebuild.

Hi there,

Migraton of major release is not always trivial. I would strongly suggest to have a look at some documentation related to migration in order to understand, which changes you can expect by migration to new major version in order t better understand amount of effort needed to complete the migration.
