Categories navigation portlet collapsing feature

Hey-dee-doo, folks! Could anyone, please, tell me, how can I disable collapsing group of categories on clicking their vocabulary title in categories navigation portlet? I've tried to set

collapsible="<%= false %>"

But this is not the proper collapse option
