Allow to get subscription wikis

Hi Everybody,

Is it the problem facing because the community and Organization differences ?
in my case that i have different pages 1 is on community level and 1 page is in Organization.

1, Community , wiki page can get the subscriptions and mailing.
2. In Organization, inside wiki page can get subscribe and it will automatically unsubscribe when changes had made and also Not getting subscribe mail.

if it is really depends on community then how can i get the all the same level as of getting subscribe successfully ?

somebody know the issues ?
