How to restrict categories and templates for user groups

Hi,

I have two very specific questions and can't find a way to solve:
- How to restrict a user group to create webcontents only in certain categories
- And how to restrict a group to create webcontents only using certain templates / structures

I also thought that this could be done by creating new organizations and communities, but I don't know wich be the best way (or more correct) to do that.

Somebody can help me, please?
