I have developed my project using liferay 6.1. is there any option so that I can integrate some .net application as porlet here?

You can use web service or json to interact with .net programs.

We have similar requirements but unfortunately have not resolved this. For the moment we are the approach that Hitoshi suggested.
The only lead we have for .NET portlets is via a .NET WSRP extension available from NetUnity: http://www.netunitysoftware.com/Framework.aspx
