Is it possible to share documents between multiple websites ...?

Hello,

Now we have a intranet with only one website with document and media portlet, we want create others websites and we want that they will share the same documents by thist portlet.

It is possible?

No sure about your question. Are you thinking about setting up multiple liferay and do you want to share documents between these liferay servers? If so, you can setup CMS like Alfresco and use CMIS connector to hold the documents.

If it's in the same server, have you tried putting your documents in the "global" scope?

Hi Manuel,

not sure if it's doable in the gui but you can change the groupId column of the dlfileentry and dlfolder table. If I remember right the global scope has 0 as groupId (please double check with existing global entries before messing up the databse ).
