change the language of a portlet (jsp)

is it possible to change the language of a portlet (jsp)?

Do you want to use something beside jsp? There are several language portlets such as php portlet to program in php.

I have create a portlet in english using struts 2.
If i change the language to Assamese then the content of the portlet should change to Assamese .
I can do it using web content but i want to do it using portlet.
how can i do it?

Have you checked the following page? You just have to take out all messages and place them in a property file.
