2012 Liferay Community Contributor Awards: Q3

I'm happy to announce the winners of this quarter's Liferay Community Contributor Awards! Prakash, Victor, and Jignesh have done us all a great service and chances are you have directly benefited from their contributions, and these guys should be commended! You can read about their details on the Contributor Awards page. And in addition, Prakash has won the random raffle for free training, free symposium passes, or free cash!

Check out this thread for details on the program, and I am really happy to say that the level of contributions continues to grow (I generated some stats for the recent round of symposiums, and it looks very promising, I will publish these soon). A big thanks to all of you who are active in the community, I guarantee you it is appreciated, and I'm always looking at ways to keep the big boat moving in the right direction. Cheers!

Yeah, great work the last 3 months from all of you Hopefully we can automate the kudos in the future, with cool badges and achievements on your profile. That's coming soon after the planned website upgrade.

James, That will be awesome improvement in the site.
Apart from this I have one more suggestion is, If Liferay can provide some certificate or some showcase things to appreciate all kudos, It would be great.
Actually that suggestion i got from some of community member with whom i am in touched and I thought this is nice idea to share.
So I am just sharing this idea here and make it effective if possible.
