Can not import users from LDAP

Hi, how can i import users from ldap from and ou inside an ou?i mean, in my active directory server, i have an ou and inside here another ou(for example: i have an ou called "users", and inside this i have "normal users" and "liferay users"). I need to know how can i import users from users\liferay users.

I think you have two choices.

If they are part of the same hierarchy, then you try to leverage the search query to include what you want and filter what you don't.

Alternatively you might be able to define two LDAP connections, one pointing to each OU, but I would want to stick with a single connection if at all possible.

hi men, thx for your answer. Afortunatelly i solve the problem setting in search import filter in order to put-> ou=liferay,ou=liferay users, i only set first ou=liferay users,ou= liferay and then lfieray begin to import users from ldap
