Is it possible to add Extra Fields Under Create User in Liferay 6.2

Yes.

One of the arguments for addUser() is the ServiceContext. The ServiceContext has a map for field name/value pairs. The expandos have to exist before you go calling addUser(), but this method will populate them.

This allows you to have fields on your form, collect them on the server side and pass to addUser() using the ServiceContext.
