I am facing a problem with page reload. When ever i submit or perform an action in a portlet, the entire page(that includes all the portlets available on layout) are getting refreshed. But i need that only that portlet should get refresh and not all. This significantly reduces the performance and plus looks ugly. Is there any solution to solve this?Please help me to over come this problem.
If you use an ajax-based portlet technology, you won't have full page refresh. Options here include Vaadin, ZK, and RichFaces/IceFaces, and probably others although I don't know if they get much traction.
