Could you give me suggestion of the production server hardware requirements setup for Linux in Liferay 6.2 CE.

Unfortunately not, because we don't know how many (concurrent) users you expect, what the expected mode of operation is (static content management vs. interactive site), how many (and which) customizations you have, which database you're using, the bandwidth of your data center, and many other things.

You'll need to measure on a realistic system and see if you're happy with the result - if it's not sufficient: identify bottleneck #1, fix it, rinse&repeat.
