I finally managed to get a 6.0 database upgraded to 7.0 (GA4) but the control panel is broken - which I wouldn't care about if it didn't prevent me from exporting users and organizations.
This is how the control panel looks like in default Liferay 7 installation:
and this is how the migrated instance looks like:
Note the missing "Menu" in the upper-right corner.
How can I reset the layout/UI for the migrated instance so that I can export users and organizations?
I don't mind hacking something in the database - that instance won't be used for anything else then to export users and organizations (and I do hope those can be imported properly into a "clean" Liferay 7 installation)
Or is there any other way to export Users, Roles and Organizations so that I can import them into a clean Liferay 7 installation?
We are talking about roughly 500 users, 200 organizations and 40 roles.
Manually entering them in the new system is pretty much a no-go.
